Why she has to reject them twice
In most rejected-mate serials, one sentence ends it. Someone says "I reject you", a bond breaks, and the story moves on to what comes after, as in The Rejected Mate. With twins the maths changes: two bonds, two rejections, two men who each have to accept it. By the listing's own account, they don't. She tries and they ignore her.
The whole book runs on that refusal being ignored, and the Isabelle subplot shows how. Isabelle is the chosen mate, the sensible match the pack approved. Dropping her the moment the fated bond appears tells you the twins will throw out any arrangement they've agreed to once instinct takes over. Readers who love possessive heroes read that as devotion. Readers who don't will notice the heroine's "no" being overridden, and you should know that before you start.
