Picture the night: you've just found out, you don't want to talk about it, and there's a good bottle in the office. That's roughly where In Bed With Her Shithead Boss starts. Blair comes home early and finds her fiancé in bed with her cousin. She decides she won't fall apart. Then she drinks too much of her boss's scotch and wakes up next to him.
Quick disclosure: NanoReads doesn't host this book. It's Ellie Wynters's, published on AlphaNovel and syndicated to other reading apps. The facts below come from those listings, and the shelf further down is what we can actually give you to read free.
Why readers burn through 239 chapters
The betrayal happens offstage, before the story properly starts. A lot of cheating-fiancé serials spend their first act on the wedding plans and the slow reveal. This one skips straight to the morning after, which is a better place to begin a romance anyway.
Then it flips the usual one-night-stand roles. In the AlphaNovel blurb, it's Blair who wants to pull back in the sober light of day and call it a one-off. Roman, the boss, is the one who won't. That's the hook: he wants her for longer than one night, and she has every reason not to trust anyone who says so.
And the title is a tone tag. A swear word in a boss-romance title usually means the book is funnier than it is dark, and the listing's own tags back that up: Funny and Uplifting sit next to Dominant and Hot. If you were bracing for a cruel-CEO book, this reads more like her calling him names while falling for him. (NovelFlow shows a 5.0 average from 2,347 ratings. That's a platform rating; we haven't read all 239 chapters ourselves.)

Reading it free: what to expect
The legitimate way to read it is on AlphaNovel or one of the apps that carry it. Serial apps like these usually open the first chapters free and then ask for coins, ads or a pass for the rest, so "free" tends to mean free to start. Check the current terms on the listing before you sink an evening into it; they change, and we can't vouch for them.
Sites that post all 239 chapters with no app and no sign-in are almost always reposts the author isn't paid for. If you'd rather start something where chapter 1 really is free, the shelf below is ours.
