Stephanie Thomas
Stephanie Thomas developed her love for fantasy stories during her childhood where she grew up on a small hobby farm in rural Wisconsin. She finds her inspiration in the natural beauty and diverse cultural elements of her travels and current residence near the Vermont–Quebec border. Stephanie creates middle-grade fantasy stories which combine exciting adventures with magical elements and emotional depth to help children develop confidence for chasing their dreams. She received a degree in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. When she isn't writing about hidden worlds, Stephanie spends her time reading, playing video games, and searching for the perfect cup of tea. She lives in a cozy home in Northern Vermont filled with books and a very vocal cat who may or may not be the inspiration for Nibbles. She has the belief that magic is always waiting just out of sight.
